Cicala addresses Rotary Club

Dr. John Cicala, with the College of Business at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, was the guest speaker at the Noon Rotary Club of Kingsville Oct. 18. Cicala spoke about the college’s new Center for Negotiation and upcoming seminars to be hosted for local businesses. He is pictured with Rotary President Ricki Cunningham.
