City's new parks director addresses Rotary

Jason Alfaro, right, the new director of the Kingsville Parks and Recreation Department, was the guest speaker at the Noon Rotary Club this week.  He outlined the master plan for the parks and discussed several of the major projects underway.  At left is Rotarian Leo Alarcon.
