EDC director addresses Noon Rotary Club

Manny Salazar, center, executive director of the Greater Kingsville Economic Development Council, was the guest speaker at the Noon Rotary Club this week.  He outlined the council and plans for the future.  Right is Rotary president Alan Guggenheim and left is Rotarian Martin Chiuminatto.
