Four-Way Test
Alex McMillan, sophomore at Kingsville H.M.King High School, won the Four-Way Test Speech Competition sponsored by the Noon and Sunrise Rotary Clubs this week. He received a $300 scholarship and will represent the Kingsville clubs at the area competition in March.
