Andy Hagen of Brownsville, right, governor nominee of Rotary International District 5930, was a speaker at the Kingsville Noon Rotary Club this week. He spoke on the Rotary International Foundation and its many projects throughout the world. The district will hold a Million Dollar Dinner in March in Corpus Christi to celebrate the raising of one million dollars for the foundation, and the guest speaker will be Rotary International President John F.
