The Kingsville Noon Rotary Club sponsors a project which sees the construction of ramps at homes throughout the city for those who need them as a means of getting in and out of their residences.  One of the groups that helps with the construction is the Methodist Men of the First United Methodist Church in Kingsville.  The Methodist Men were presented a plaque at this week’s meeting of the Noon Rotary Club after being named the organization’s Citizens of the Year.  Rotary president J. Dean Craig, center, made the presentation.  Representatives from the Methodist Men are, left to right, Keith Pawelek, Joe Determan, Randy Foust and Adam Foust.  The club has sponsored the construction of 14 ramps and has four more on its current list of ramps to be built.
