Noon Rotary Club welcomes new member

Sara  Popejoy, assistant district attorney for Kleberg and Kenedy counties, became a new member of the Noon Rotary Club this week.  At left is Noon Rotary president Mike Fountaine and at right is Rotarian J. Dean Craig.
