Mark Savere, former linebacker for the Javelina football team, spoke to the Noon Rotary Club today on the College for Kids program at TAMUK this summer.  He is coordinator of the program, which is under the Center for Continuing Education.  The program is for ages 7-13 and will be held from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. June 30-July 1. The cost of the two-week program is $260 and a one-week tuition is $160 and the fee is $50 if paid by the day.  Daily themes will include Harry Potter, Ancient Times, Space Exploration, Divergent, Superhero Academy, Around the World, Weird Science, Game of Life, Amazing Race and Math in Real Life.
