Tallant talks facility improvements at TAMUK

Dr. Steven Tallant, Texas A&M-Kingsville president, spoke to the Noon Rotary Club Aug. 9. He discussed upcoming building projects at the school and also talked about the enrollment increase over the past several years. Tallant is in his ninth year as head of TAMUK.
